Through these stories, we see the importance of relying on God’s strength, guarding against pride, and recognizing the consequences of misplaced trust.

We’ll unpack key themes such as Gideon’s obedience and reliance on God in the miraculous defeat of the Midianites, Israel’s cycle of faithfulness and rebellion, and the tragic rise and fall of Abimelech. Each passage reminds us of God’s faithfulness and our need to stay anchored in His truth.

Gideon’s victory over the Midianites: God reduces Gideon’s army to 300 men to demonstrate His power, teaching us to trust Him even when the odds are against us (Judges 7:1-25).
