On tonight's podcast Rosie is going to discuss the topic of Judgement.  Despite our best efforts, we all judge others. It might be over anything,  like a co-worker who took too long of a lunch break. Or it might be over bigger issues, such as a person who has consistently hurt your feelings, or who ignores you, etc.  

You can never know for sure what motivates other people however when you notice how critical you are of others will tell a lot about your own perception of self.  

Rosie is going to discuss the act of judging and how detrimental it can be for your spirit.  Learning to be non-judgemental is a life-long pursuit.
