In this second episode of our Judgment-Free Zones series for the Mindful Living Initiative at Berkeley Square, Mary Huhn gently teaches residents a new way of talking and paying attention inside judgment-free spaces. Building on Episode 1’s theme of being “good enough to be here,” Mary introduces three core languages for judgment-free living: simple sensory observation (what we see, hear, taste, and feel), savoring (letting good moments actually land), and curiosity (wondering without needing to fix or solve). Drawing from Mindful Living tools like the “What Else?” savoring game and the Two Ways of Wondering guide, she shows how both women and men can enter this practice in ways that fit their natural styles. With short guided experiments and table-friendly prompts, residents learn how to shift from rating and comparing to noticing and exploring—turning ordinary moments at Berkeley Square into small, judgment-free spaces of presence and connection.
