Judy finds a house on the market for a thousand dollars. The deal is too good to be true, with a backyard the size of a football field. Judy can now plant the garden of her dreams.

Meanwhile, Johnny finds an old trunk in his new attic room. He and Frankie open it to find items pertaining to an event that happened long ago. As the nights go by, unexplained things start to happen around the house and get a surprise visit from an interesting mailman.
