The day 30 podcast began as an effort of three friends to push themselves and each other to improve, create and grow. Each month we choose a different challenge, ranging from fitness, creativity and mental wellbeing to build new habits or break old ones. We document this through our podcast, a way to share our experiences and hopefully inspire others to make small changes that have huge implications for happiness and life fulfilment.
