As an entrepreneur you have a lot on your plate, a lot of balls to juggle at the same time; and sometimes you might even feel like you can’t delegate because no one will do it as well as you.

Look at it this way: if you juggle 1 ball, it will have 100% of your attention. If you juggle 3 balls, each will have 33% of your attention. And if you juggle 14 balls, each will only have 7% of your attention!

The secret is to find a way to say no or to delegate before you drop too many balls.
