Gabe Sanders, is the Director of Track & Field and Cross Country – Sprints/Hurdles at Boston University.  Gabe has over 15 years of collegiate coaching and administrative experience. Prior to joining BU - he served on the men and women's coaching staffs at the Standford, BU, Colgate, Williams College and The University of Michigan.  Great Coach, but even better man.  Great conversation about Track, mentoring student athletes and maintaining passion.

Professor Abigail Eiler, MSW ' 06, is a licensed clinical social worker and educator with more than 15 years of experience working in tribal and non-tribal communities across the country and in Canada. She deeply values teaching about social justice and implementing its principles into her clinical practice. She utilizes an anti-racist framework and makes intentional strides to address Privilege, Oppression, Diversity and Social Justice (PODS) theories, research, and practice central to her social work pedagogy.  The conversation covers a wide range of topics from her professional work experience, to her journey to back to the athletic department, her views on social and racial justice as well as her perspective on purpose and  everything between.

Our guest takeover is Eric Olsauskas.  Eric is the founder and Chief Product Officer of InstaSpections, he is also a realtor and real estate investor as well as a well licensed home inspector in the Chicagoland area.  Eric is also a retired Chicago Police officer.  I would describe Eric as an innovator and passionate entrepreneur, world traveler and general seeker of adventure.

Rachel is an elected Will County board member, business director for Legendary Games and Campaign Manager for Jon Lash.  Rachel is a dedicated No stings Attached public servant for her constituents, she has been extremely vocal in her support of a variety of progressive issues including; Black Lives Matter, Immigration Reform, decriminalization of Cannabis, marriage equality, the green new deal and women’s rights and many more.
