Megan leads a full body bikini yoga flow that keeps things steady while building strength, balance, and flexibility . The session starts with a forward fold and downward dog before moving into plank transitions, chest openers, and smooth flow sequences to warm up the body.


From there, the routine builds through crescent lunges, twists, chair pose holds, and deep stretches that engage the core, legs, and hips. Megan keeps the pace controlled as you move through warrior sequences, side angles, and squatting stretches that open the hips and improve mobility.


The session finishes with a final flow, standing reset, and breathing moment to bring everything back to calm.
