It’s day one of the Juicy Body Challenge!

We’re about to embark on a 7 day trek through the wilds of your brain and body - helping you figure out how you want to feel in that gorgeous form of yours, what it’s going to take to get there, and what’s getting in the way - without focusing on weight loss.

Dieting, restriction and overexercise are the biggest juice suckers and ruiners of a good time I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing (and being mildly, pathologically, obsessed with. Thankfully, that bad relationship is OVER).
