Juicy Body Challenge Day 5: Whatever you’re doing, do the opposite!

If I had to place my money on something (and I’m the kind of woman who spends a whopping 25 cents on a slot machine while in Las Vegas for a week - you know- a real gambling kinda gal) I’d bet that you don’t have a fabulous relationship with exercise.


If you do - that’s great. Seriously, you smelly like fairy farts and that 25 cents is ALL YOURS.

But if you don’t - or if you’re interested in mixing things up abit - I’d love for you to try something new on for size. I’d like you to stop doing the exercise you THINK you should do or the exercise you ALWAYS do, and explore what movement might feel good in your body right now.

Today is all about widening the range of activities that we consider "exercise". It's about experimenting to see if your body might want/need something new, shrugging off ideas about the "right" way to move, and listening to what your body is asking for.
