Can you do a double leg takedown?  Can you do it in street clothes…while sitting on the couch…behind a coffee table?  Can you execute a simple Kata Gatame? Can you execute a simple kata gatame when your assailant has a knife against your throat and you are up against a car?  These are the scenarios you should start training for.
