Julian Assange has been granted leave to mount a fresh appeal against his extradition to the U.S. American authorities want to put the Wikileaks founder on trial on charges of leaking military secrets. London's High Court granted his request to an appeal on two grounds including that he could be prejudiced because of his nationality.
