Julian is a recognised expert on innovation, entrepreneurship and renewal in large corporations, with over eighty articles published in such journals as Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Strategic Management Journal and Academy of Management Journal. His most recent book is Becoming a Better Boss: Why Good Management is So Difficult. In this interview, we discuss why management still matters, and why good management is still so hard to practice.
