Julie was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 4 but today she combines yoga movements, and nutrition to guide others toward a true balance within body and mind. Her goal with her clients is to workout, have fun, and refocus whilst letting go! She is also the founder of The Diabetic Travelers Network which is a social impact community and a place for every diabetic to find educational information about how to travel with diabetes, connect and build a strong, supportive and empowered Mindset.
