Julie Walters hold a masters degree in Special Education, and is the founder of The Connected Parent. She is also the founder of a Non-Profit Organization called
PCDH19 Alliance (a nonprofit supporting rare epilepsy), and is a parent of a child with multiple disabilities. Her refreshing insights and struggle to find the resources her family needed animated her to create this unique and needed resources.
