Welcome to SustainaDAO Non-fungible Talk, a show about all things DAO and Web3.  I am your host, Clarice Qiu. Our expert guests for our second episode are Julien Pageaud, General Partner from Sparkle Ventures, and Thibaut Chessé, Principal of Sparkle Ventures. 

Julien is a global citizen and former Lead of Strategic Investments at Nomura. He has been an early investor in core blockchain protocols and digital asset infrastructures. He has held various advisory roles in technology companies and is recognized as a digital asset infrastructure expert by his peers. Prior to that, Julian held different senior positions for 15 years in the investment banking industry - most recently at Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs.

Thibaut Chesse was formerly in charge of the adoption strategy for the Tezos blockchain. Trained at IBM, he has an extensive background in Financial Engineering and Computer Science.
