In today’s #ConsciousConversations on the Bitstocks Podcast, Michael Hudson talks to Bitstocks' very own Chief Research Officer, Julien Riposo.
With a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics from École Normale Supérieure (France), a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University (France) and experience in senior analytical positions at the likes of Fintegral, NetOTC, ICE and ISDA, he is now leading the research department at Bitstocks.
The two talk about how Julien is formulating the mathematics of Bitcoin in algebraic terms, so it can be simulated and tested, to implement it in working systems.
“Physics and mathematics are not only used to describe nature. I’ve discovered that statistical mechanics also apply to conventional finance and even Bitcoin,” declares Julien.
