Newly americanized local Atlanta artist Julio Ceballos is closing in on finding his true artistic voice in Atlanta's rapidly changing cityscape. He has been making art since he was a toddler in Colombia and after earning a BFA from Georgia State University he has worked with official city projects as well as homegrown local community initiatives to promote the arts culture in the ATL.
