My first guest tonight is a fan favorite, a multiple time author, a world record holder and a lover of beer and Jack Daniels.  Ted Reader makes his long overdue return to the BBQ Central Show.  We will talk 4th of Julyfood, beverages and other party advice!  No one brings it like Teddy does!

In the 3rd segment, current KCBS President and owner of BBQ’rs Delight, Candy Weaver joins me to talk about the new KCBSScore system.  Candy will give us the inside scoop, why it was launched and what they hope to brings to the teams of KCBS.

Hour 2:

My first guest in the second hour is pitmaster of a team that is on one hell of a hot streak.  Matt Dalton of Left Coast Q joins me to talk about the current 2013 season and their current winning streak which stands at 3 in a row…5 in total for this season.  Matt will tell me what’s working, what’s not working and how to make award winning BBQ!

Coming out of the bullpen tonight is pitmaster of QUAU, Mike Wozniak.  QUAU took the win this past weekend at the Sam’s Club local qualifier in Traverse City, MI.  Mike will break down the win and also hit on the great season they are putting together as well.  QUAU will see the Jack Daniels again this year too.  They have 7 wins already and that gets you an automatic trip to Lynchburg!
