Hour 1:

My first guest tonight is the editor and chief of Tailgater Monthlymagazine.  Lee will tell us how the magazine started, what it has been like keeping it successful with the advent of online technology and what they look to cover in their publications.

In the 3rd segment I will be joined by barbecue historian and creator of the Obsessive Compulsive BBQ blog, Joe Haynes.  In a fun twist, we will go back circa 1987 and do a “Make it or Brake it” segment with Joe’s new song, “Pitmaster”.  Will it get put in to upcoming bumper music for the show or will it get pitched off the BBQ Central Studio roof never to be heard again….YOU DECIDE!!

My first and only guest in the second hour is the pitmaster of Diva Qbarbecue team, host of her own show “BBQ Crawl” and the most recent guest judge on BBQ Pitmasters.  Danielle Dimovski joins me to talk about how her show went over in Canada, how it is being received here in the states and what it was like to be on Pitmasters this past weekend as a judge vs. a competitor.
