Under international law is terrorism ever legal? Terrorists target non-combatants as well as police, armed and unarmed, as well as a sovereign nation's armed forces. RABBI URI PILICHOWSKI, author and scholar speaks to Muslim Arabs, Palestinians, who are claiming that according to international law .... it is our right to use all the means of struggle. "The political wing of the terror organization the PLO, Fatah, has said: We’ll use “armed struggle” to fight Israel. On another related topic: Rabbi Uri notes that in light of the tremendous spike in violent anti-Semitic attacks here in the United States, there has been a 120% rise in the application of Jewish-Americans looking to leave America for Israel.
Following her recent primary victory, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, (AOC), who wholly supports anti-Semitic groups like Black Lives Matter, is leading the charge against Israel’s possible application of sovereignty over small communities within Judea and Samaria - the West Bank - where Jewish families have populated the area since Biblical times.
AOC wrote a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warning that any move by Israel to extend its sovereignty over areas that under international law are controlled by Israel would jeopardize U.S. military aid to the Jewish state - if Democrat majorities take over both houses of Congress and Joe Biden becomes president. Recently BLM rioters rampaged through Jewish neighborhoods of Los Angeles, CA, reportedly shouting “F___Jews”, and spray painting “F___Israel” and “Free Palestine” on the walls of the Congregation Beth Israel and at least four other synagogues. The original BLM Platform also supports the Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions movement. BLM, formed in 2013 by three trained Marxists, had by 2015 sent BLM representatives to the Middle East to make common cause with Palestinians in Gaza, Judea and Samaria.
