Hour 1:

In the 3rd segment I will be joined by monthly contributor to the show, Derrick Riches from BBQ.About.Com.  Derrick and I have a number of topics to cover tonight so be sure to tune in for this one!

Hour 2:

My first in the second hour is the director of sales and marketing for R&O Smokers and the pitmaster of Lonestar Smoke Rangers, Tony Balay.  Tony will give us some background on his BBQ career and how he got involved with R&O Smokers.  We will also talk about the cookers a bit more in-depth and why they differ from some other pits on the market today.

Helping me close the show tonight is a monthly contributor and the creator of the Grill Grrrl blog, Robyn Lindars.  We will touch on the SolSource cooker, get some new recipes and hear her take on the Looftlighter.
