Hour 1:

My first guest tonight is Steven Raichlen.  Steven is one of the most recognized people in the BBQ and Grilling industry and takes some time out of his busy schedule to talk about his BBQ University Class, lighter fluid, hosting your own bbq/grilling party and how he views BBQ on TV.

In the 3rd segment I will be joined by 2 time author George Hensler.  George has just release his second BBQ book entitled “Totally Q”.  We will talk about why he felt this book was necessary, how long it took to get from concept to market and some of his favorite parts of the book as well.  George is also the pitmaster of the Who Are Those Guys competition cooking team.

Hour 2:

My first guest in the second hour is a regular on the show and also has his own web show called The Sam Livecast.  Sam Zien, AKA Sam The Cooking Guy, joins me to talk about some current events, some Greek yogurt, SPAM and other items as well.  Be sure to tune in as Sam always brings great food takes to the table.

Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the most recent winner of the BBQ Pitmasters qualifying shows.  First time guest and Pitmaster of Sugars BBQ and Catering, Lynnae Oxley, recap her time on the show and give us some background on how she got in to the BBQ business.
