With the belief that there is therapy within us, it is a goal to create a safe space not only for self but other People of Color to grow by sharing our truths. There will be a vast amount of Raw personal accounts, discussions on Spirituality, Societal issues, Politics, and World events. Further, the podcast will go in flow with what feels in aligned. There’s emphasis on Life not being always Love N Light because often times we forget that to truly heal, we face the hardest truths and circumstances. And if it doesn’t kill us, we live another day wiser.
