Hey peeps, super exciting pod today! Basically I recorded a bunch of segments that I mashed together. Listen to a segment a day (more info on how it works in the episode) where I say a quick good morning and give you a reminder/goal to implement in your day (and beyond) to help you stay healthy, productive, motivated, happy, and more (depending on how creative I am that day :)). It feels so cute and personal so I’m kinda obsessed with the idea. I hope you like it!! Enjoy!
