Growing up in the Bronx in the Mid-90's Jumpman Jay naturally had a love for Hip-hop. During an era of some of the greatest artists ever like Jadakiss, Dmx, and Biggie Smalls representing the city of dreams.

Inside the 5 boroughs- crime was high. Jay saw a lot of friends lose their lives to the streets. Fortunately for himself and his older brother, Their father (a police officer himeself) did what was necessary to steer them in the right direction. Soon after graduating high-school, Jay found himself in the NYPD.
