As we go through COVID-19, the vast majority of businesses that I have visited have been encouraging their customers to pay with a debit or credit card and in fact some businesses have completely said no to physical cash and coins during the pandemic.  Is this the way our society is headed? Could we be looking at going completely cashless in the near future? Is it even viable? Karl Littler with the Canadian Retail Council joins me on this issue.
