My first guest tonight is pitmaster of TRUEBUD BBQ, Tim Grant.  They are currently having one of, if not their best, season of competition BBQ.  We will talk about their success and making it on to the Jack with their win a few weeks back.

My first guest in the 2nd hour is on the “biggest” guys on the competition circuit.  Pitmaster of Ponderosa BBQ, Moe Cason, joins me to talk sauce, competition and BBQ TV.

Coming out of the bullpen tonight is (maybe) the Iron chef, Michael Symon…well, I had the segment open and put it out via social media to make a call in to the show and chat about BBQ, burgers and other foodie stuff…will the Cleveland boy come through for his Cleveland based BBQ show??
