Some of us stopped praying honestly because we secretly think God is disappointed in us. Psalm 116 doesn’t say God listens to polished prayers. It says He “bends down to listen.” Christ already carried every barrier between you and the Father. You are not speaking into silence. Even your exhausted prayers are heard by a God who is closer than you think.
