June 15 Democrats perfect cheating system

Former President Jimmy Carter headed up a commission that studied mail-in voting, and then they issued a report. They said, "voting by mail is by far the worst thing that could happen to fairness and integrity in the election system." Oregon adopted mail-in voting in 1996, and it was obvious from the very first election thereafter that it was a perfect system for systemic fraud and voters cheating by the Democrat machine in Oregon. Then taking the lead from Carter as a blueprint rather than warning, Washington Democrats quickly followed. And then California adopted mail-in voting just before the 2020 election so that they could ensure a Biden-Harris win. Every civilized country we can name don't allow mail-in voting. It's a perfect system for cheating.
