David Qualls, pitmaster of The Amercian Dream BBQ Team, joins me to talk about their first half of the BBQ season.  They are currently in 2nd place for the KCBS TOTY points race…and no one is cooking better than they are right now (currently on a 2 GC win streak and looking for a 3rd this weekend).

Scott Roberts joins me to review a new batch of BBQ rubs and sauces.  Scott will also talk about what’s new in the hot sauce and fiery foods world.
