Most of us spend our lives trying not to sink. Psalm 69 gives words to that feeling—the exhaustion, the pressure, the sense that the waters keep rising. But the Gospel says your hope isn't found in how well you stay afloat. Jesus entered the deepest waters for you and emerged victorious. You're not saved by your grip on Him, but by His grip on you.
