A wonderful metaphor for life and for the life-of-faith, our Road Trips series has become a church favorite…and, this year our series will take us to Nameless, Texas. Fittingly, during these weeks, we will dive deep into the stories of several of the Bible’s most notable nameless characters – individuals who, even without being identified, left powerful and rich examples of faith and legacies of truth. During these weeks, we will also call to mind all those individuals in our own stories who’ve led, fed, and nurtured us from the shadows.
This sermon is based on the scripture from Luke 23:39-43.
