I believe we are all called to greatness in some way, to heroism and things that actually seem miraculous. But fear so often prevents us from actually believing we’re capable of it. I just saw this quote from Pope Francis today: ‘The Lord does not work miracles in those who consider themselves righteous, but with those who know themselves needy.”
