The deception continues in these verses. As you read and study today’s verses, pray
that wrongs or deceptions in your life may be resolved through truth.
When presented the dish requested, what were
Isaac’s concerns?
How were Isaac’s reservations fulfilled
regarding whether this was Esau that granted his wish?
Isaac did end up giving his blessing to the
imposture Jacob. What did the blessing
involve?
God’s love and blessings are bountiful. He shows no favoritism but loves us all. He died for you and me that we may have
eternal life once we accept Him as our Lord and Savior. He did this for all but would have done it
for only you or me. Thank You, Lord,
that we are enough and worthy in your amazing eyes.
