The 21st Annual Juneteenth Day Celebration was held at Penn Park. Covered in this presentation was the Juneteenth Opening Ceremony as well as a collective piece called ‘Rising to New Heights,’ a presentation on significant historical legislation that provided for freedoms and rights through artistic expression.
