ASMR reading of perhaps the scariest Brothers Grimm tale, The Juniper Tree. Written and published in Von dem Machandelboom, Children's and Household Tales, number 47, this tale is based on the romantic painter Philipp Otto Runge (1777 - 1810). Runge;s version was first published in 1808, which the Brothers Grimm translated and then retold to better fit their style.
