Then, in CA, NY, and elsewhere, it was all energy companies knew. But, even as these conspiracy theories and lawsuits continue to fail in court, it hasn’t stopped activists from continuing to push the false narrative. Those attempting to file future litigation should be called out as the hustle artists they truly are."
