In episode 2 of the second season, Tiemo and Aljaž embark on a contemporary journey and discuss the complex monster of 'moral panics'. They illuminate the impact of the media on everyday citizens and their reactions to certain news that are being portrayed. When defining moral panic and its connection to crime, Aljaž and Tiemo talk about sex offenders in the news and contrast them with child pornography which does not seem to create the same moral panic as the former. Discussing controversial topics such as the hearing of Justice Kavanaugh and the BLM protests, some disagreements arise as Aljaž and Tiemo try to show multiple sides of the argument and display the true effect of moral panics in this day and age of social media.

Aljaz and Tiemo explore an interesting area of the law in the UK. A recent case of ABC v St George's Healthcare NHS Trust offered a new perspective on an issue of genetic disorders in a familial sense. Genetic disorders can greatly affect one’s health situation, whether through the disease itself or also simply knowing it exists and the possibility of getting it. Aljaz and Tiemo discuss and attempt to answer the question of whether there should be a legal right to be informed about a family member’s genetic disorder utilizing the ABC case as reference. They use the case as a guide; however, discussion quickly drifts to what implications such a duty may have.
