Episode 1: Just 3 Questions. This podcast has it's roots in a project that Voxwomen.com launched called the Vox Performance Project. Currently 18 women are a part of this project, which aims to provide them with the performance tools they need to become the best versions of themselves and to achieve a specific sporting challenge that involves cycling. This podcast came about to hopefully help you achieve your goals, or just better enjoy your time exercising. In episode 1, three women from the project posed their questions to the experts, Chris and David to get answers and dig into their vast knowledge.
