Just a little talk about mental health "stigmas".

Discussions about life with Adia. Everyone has a life story. Interesting enough, I have one too. My son suggested that I tell my life story, but only in increments, to keep the audience coming back for more. Others have stated, that I am humorous. However, I have not, yet, discovered how to convey this laughter in the podcast. I will also, have segments of interesting interviews from other people's lives to peek your curiosity as to what is coming next. Please join me. I welcome comments on the topics presented.
