Madman's long-time associate, Dr. Flem, refuses to aid in the search, concerning himself only with his latest experiment. Meanwhile, Joe joins her father at . . . an exterminators' convention?! Join Madman as he makes new friends, says good-bye to some old ones, gets his act together, and begins a strange new adventure. It's "The Exit of Dr. Boiffard," and you won't believe your eyes!
