Welcome to my podcast- The Journey of Shade!
A lot of people think of shade as negative, and I think, when used right, it can be your superpower. No, not to break down another person or to boost your ego. Shade is about accountability. Shade is behavior modification. And its all positive!!! In it you can see leadership and vulnerability by acknowledging not so great behavior. Now lets be honest here, I'm not so shady, yes I've had moments where I've been, and voila, that's where this podcast comes in... me learning how to be more shady...!
