Welcome to the debut episode of my latest creative project: The Just Be Podcast. 

For the first episode,  I opened up about the rollercoaster that the last few years have been – from major life decisions to unexpected turns, loss, renewal, and everything in between. My first episode is about a profound plant medicine ceremony + sound bath that I went to in Denver, Colorado! It was led by a reiki healer and sound therapist. The entire ceremony was two hours and also included a mushroom mix of Lions Mane, Milkweed, Penis Envy, and Golden Teacher (psilocybin).

I share about what my "vision" was and how this experience incorporated directly into HELPING my business.
