My next guest, Lucinda Gibbons (she/her) recently launched Lake House - A place where future, current, and in-progress families can come together. We chat all about her background which led her to launching this community space. Lucinda and I met in Boston several years ago at Brass (check out podcast #5 to learn about Brass) and have stayed in touch - she recorded this episode from her home with her husband, adorable tiny human (Happy 1st Birthday 11/26), and curious dog Watson!  

We go deep on a few topics but some of our highlights revolve around the Inclusion Terms Glossary, inspiration for why Lucinda is so passionate to bring a community of inclusion where all are welcome regarding families and being a loving parent. In Lucinda's words, "who you are has no bearing on whether you can be a loving parent." She offers a variety of workshops and resources for families.
