No one should do anything "just because" or "it is the right thing to do". Why is the most empowering word. When there is a well answered "why" there is purpose and passion that follows.  Action or actions based on guilt or obligation are life stealing and purpose draining. Find passion by asking "why" about everything.  Become a contagious person of action and passion that inspires others. Be the leader.
