It has been a year and my guest has lost a total 80+lbs and he share a bit of his knowledge and his grit on how to lose weight. We get into his history and path from childhood aspirations to become a DJ till now being a DJ playing in the best San Francisco 18+ Night Club (Club X in San Francisco, go check him out).
