We're back! After taking Memorial Day weekend off  your favorite podcast returns with a check-in episode. In the early days of this podcast we did an episode on self care so we figured with half the year finished already we would let y'all know how we're doing.

Danni has taken her talents to a different time zone while Richard just returned from a different time zone. We take this self care thing pretty serious.
