Just Checking In

I don't follow other people-I do what I want, when I want. I don't like making plans except for special events such as holidays. I am learning that I am not my mind and that it actually doesn't do me any good. What thoughts your mind comes up with are from suppressed feelings from ones growing up years, all the hurts endured. We get our thoughts, judgments, behaviors from triggers. 
I am not here to preach but to share my life, my awareness of my life. I am here to share good things such as laughter.
