A podcast for middle-aged women navigating the wild, beautiful, sometimes sh*t show that is midlife... hot flashes, perimenopause, rediscovering joy, identity shifts, empty nest, aging/changing bodies, and so much more.  

If you’re done living life according to what other people think a midlife woman "should" be doing, and you know there's still so much more life left to live, this podcast is for you!

I’m sharing raw unfiltered conversations about what it means to live midlife on my terms. The messy stuff, the magical stuff, and everything in between with honesty, humor, and lots of sass ;-).
